NSPCC Parents Workshop

Maria Cocksedge and I, along with other parents recently attended the NSPCC workshop at school about Keeping Children safe online. The course was run by the NSPCC in partnership with O2 and follows up on several assemblies held with pupils.

There was lots of information provided and tips shared including the Net Aware website and app, which is a handy tool to help you stay up to date with the latest apps, websites and games your children may use.

For advice and support on parental controls, privacy settings, social networks and more, you can call the O2 and NSPCC online safety helpline on 0808 800 5002 or visit nspcc.org.uk/o2

As always, if you have any concerns, please contact Mrs Hall or the governors at the school.
